Return & Refund

At JacquardRise, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jacquard and embroidery collections. If your purchase doesn't perfectly meet your expectations, we are here to assist with a seamless return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 15 days of the date you receive your package. To ensure a successful return, please note:

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Details: Given the delicate nature of embroidery, all original tags and protective packaging must remain intact.

  • Non-Returnable: Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or part of a "Bundle Deal" are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Send an email to service@jacquardrise.com.

  2. Include your Order Number and the Name of the Item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Briefly share your reason for the return—your feedback helps us refine our artistry. Our concierge team will reply within 1 business day with detailed shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • Quality Issues: If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, JacquardRise will cover all return shipping costs.

  • Personal Preference: For returns due to "change of mind" or sizing preferences, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refunds & Processing

Once your return reaches our studio, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure the jacquard/embroidery is undamaged.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection.

  • The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that banks may take additional time to post the transaction.

5. Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct size or style as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges. We recommend returning the unwanted item for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred piece simultaneously.

6. Order Tracking & Delays

If your package hasn't arrived, please consult your tracking link first. If there has been no movement for over 10 business days, please contact us immediately, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
