📦 Order & Tracking

Q: How can I monitor the progress of my order? A: Once your artisanal pieces have been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey via our "Track Order" page or the carrier’s official website.

Q: Can I modify or update my order after it's placed? A: To ensure swift delivery, we begin processing orders almost immediately. If you need to change your size or shipping address, please contact us at service@jacquardrise.com within 2 hours of placement. Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make further adjustments.

Q: What should I do if my order hasn't moved in days? A: If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, please reach out to our team. We will immediately open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.


✈️ Shipping & Delivery

Q: What is the total estimated delivery time? A: Your total wait time = Processing Time (approx. 5 business days) + Shipping Time. Given the delicate nature of jacquard and embroidery, each garment undergoes a final hand-check inspection before leaving our studio. Standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location.

Q: How much does shipping cost? A: We offer flat-rate global shipping starting at $12 – $15 for standard delivery. Express options are available for select regions (USA & Canada) starting at $29. Specific rates will be calculated at checkout.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy for delicate embroidery? A: We want you to love your JacquardRise purchase. You may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all intricate tags attached.

Q: Do you offer direct exchanges? A: To help you secure the correct size before it sells out, we do not offer traditional exchanges. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for the preferred size or style.

Q: Who is responsible for return shipping costs? A: If the return is due to a quality defect or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs. For returns based on personal preference or sizing, the return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.


💳 Payments & Security

Q: Which payment methods do you accept? A: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Q: How does the "PayPal Pay in 4" option work? A: For eligible orders between $30 and $1,500, you can select PayPal at checkout and choose "Pay in 4." This allows you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments, due every two weeks. Subject to PayPal's eligibility check.
